Calling all sweet-tooths!
*NEW DATE ADDED ON SATURDAY 20TH AUGUST*
Join Head Chef, Mikey Dalton, as he guides you through the history and importance of the Argentinian spread of choice, dulce de leche.
Dating back to the 19th century, dulce de leche is the most popular sweet treat in Argentina. People will indulge in the caramel-like sweet for breakfast, most commonly on toast, but it is also a household favourite on media lunas, the Argentinian croissant.
In this masterclass, you will learn how to make dulce de leche from scratch, as well as the tips and tricks for using dulce de leche in a range of our customer favourite desserts, like our addictive alfajores and flavourful flans. Get ready to get involved as you’ll also be assembling your own alfajores to take home!
After the session, sit back and enjoy a three course meal with a wine, sparking or beer.
There will be no need for store-bought desserts anymore as our chef demonstrates how satisfying and easy it is to make your own Argentinian desserts from scratch!
Spots are limited, book now to avoid disappointment.
