We are excited to collaborate with Passing Clouds Winery situated near Daylesford. They are best known for their unique blends of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals that grow within the Macedon ranges.

You will be spending the night diving deep into the fundamentals of the wines tasted over the course of the evening, taking a journey across Argentina and Australia with Palermo’s in-house wine expert Emilia Flotts and Passing Clouds’ Winemaker and Director, Cameron Leith.

Over the course of the evening you will sample and compare two of Palermo’s premium imported Argentinian wines alongside two selections from Passing Clouds that will showcase their winery the best. And of course, you can’t enjoy wine without a little food, so Head Chef Mikey Dalton will prepare a delicious three course menu of authentic Argentinian dishes to devour while you taste every drop.

It is an afternoon not to be missed and an opportunity for you to be the judge… “which country does it better?”
