Join us on the 3rd of September for the next instalment of Palermo’s signature wine tasting events, this time with an exclusive 5-course dinner collaborating with the renowned Elderton Wines! Each exquisite course will be perfectly paired with a selection of Elderton drops, renowned for their exceptional representation of the Barossa Valley terroir. 

Guided by Allister Ashmead, co-managing director and winemaker at Elderton, you'll journey through the typicity of the region's grape varieties, progressing from fresh, young wines to more complex ones, showcasing unique harvesting, handling, and ageing techniques.

Elderton operates on the philosophy that great wine is made in the vineyard. Their attention to detail in pruning, picking and winemaking, while using a combination of state of the art facilities and machinery and traditional techniques, ensures every drop shows ultimate brightness, purity and quality.
