We are proud to welcome legendary Chef Jacques Reymond to Palermo’s kitchen in this very special collaboration.
After a trip exploring Argentina and everything it has to offer, Jacques will team up with Oliver Gould, Mikey Dalton and the team to bring his spin on Argentinian cuisine to life.
Over five courses, you'll see one of Melbourne's masters of French cuisine in a whole new light. With stories of travel, food and cultural traditions thrown in the mix, this is set to be a memorable evening for food lovers of all stripes.
