Palermo is excited to be part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival’s ‘Street Feast’ program!

We will be welcoming in the New Year with a range of delicious menu items. From succulent steaks cooked over our charcoal grill to exciting desserts that will make your mouth water. Accompanied by a range of imported and local wine and beer options, we have you covered.

What a year 2020 was, we look forward to ringing in 2021 with you!

There is a range of dining options to choose from:

  • Early sitting from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm for a two-hour sitting - $99 set menu with a drink on arrival

  • Late sitting from 9:00 pm onwards for a two hour sitting - $149 set menu with a drink on arrival

  • Kids menu - $40

Early sitting menu

Palermo Sour: Pisco Quebranta, Ricetta Storica myrtle liqueur, lemon, sugar, egg white, bitters

Fugazzeta: Charred spring onion, mozzarella & potato focaccia 

Empanada:  Beef, roasted garlic & prune

Ceviche: Whitefish, charred grapes, elderflower dressing, pepitas & peppercorns

Chorizo: Pork & paprika sausage

Cochinillo a La Cruz: Western Plains pork slow-cooked over the fire pit  

Vacio: O’Connor’s premium flank steak

Papas: Fried potatoes, dry salsa verde, balsamic onion aioli 

Lechuga: Mixed leaves, peas, pickled shallots, tahini dressing

Flan: Dulce de leche crème caramel, salted peanut praline 

Late sitting menu

Ostra: Freshly shucked oysters, prosciutto & chorizo vinaigrette  

Empanada: Beef, roasted garlic & prune

Tartar: Steak tartare, horseradish cream, pickled cabbage, sesame lavosh 

Provoleta: Grilled provolone cheese, charred capsicum, vincotto & aged balsamic  

Cochinillo a La Cruz: Western Plains pork slow-cooked over the fire pit  

Solomillo: F1 Sher Wagyu Porterhouse, MBS 8, Ballan, VIC  

Papas: Fried potatoes, dry salsa verde, balsamic onion aioli 

Lechuga: Mixed leaves, pickled shallots, peas & tahini dressing

Helado: Mascarpone semifreddo, cherry & Fernet syrup, honey tuile  

Vigilante: Cheese selection, accompaniments & sesame lavosh 

 

Kids menu

Entree: Choice of one empanada 

Main: Choice of chicken or steak, papas and lechuga 

Dessert: Vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce
