Step back in time and take a journey from Palermo, Sicily to Palermo in Buenos Aires! Palermo to Palermo will take you through the history of traditional dishes and the importance of cultural immersion in this one-off event. There will be stories of personal adventures, tales of dishes handed down from generations and much more.
A five-course meal prepared by head chef Mikey Dalton, filled with Sicilian flare whilst encompassing our passion for Buenos Aires, Argentina. Featuring special guests from Enoteca Sileno, showcasing Sicilian beverages, giving us mouthwatering matches that highlight this important cultural movement from Italy to Argentina. Prepare to discover the various influences behind our restaurant and what makes Palermo so unique.
Cost: $99 per person for a 5 course menu with a cocktail on arrival.
